We move the conversation from diversity in numbers to a foundation of inclusion, highlighting the value of inclusion to the bottom line and generational wealth-building. Who are we? We are Brand Engineer Studios (BES), a transformative brand company, designed to elevate Black engineer, science, math and technology professionals by equipping them with tools to transform their tech brand story into a winning one. BES transforms professionals and tech companies by crafting custom narratives, built on preexisting core competencies, networks and with a laser focus on target audience and data. The transformation opens the doors to opportunities in corporations, startups and entrepreneurial ventures for the individual and new customers for the companies.

The Next Generation
Curiosity starts when your eyes open. What you see and what you believe shapes who you are, but does not define who you are because you are constantly evolving. We start the conversation, talking with Black children about being comfortable about being themselves as a brand and exploring STEM as something that they can naturally do. Our presentations are interactive and create a space where their voices matter.
